Terms & Returns Info

If we make a mistake on your order, we will do everything possible to correct it.  Please inform us of any problems with your order within 7 days of receipt.

Please select carefully--2011 ornaments are not returnable for refund or exchange.

Retired ornaments and collectibles (2010 or older) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.  The return authorization number must be requested via email within 7 days of receipt of your order.  (If you request a return authorization number from us and haven't heard from us within 48 hours--please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.  We answer our email promptly, but sometimes our responses don't get through your email filters. ) Your return must be received by us within 10 days of the issue date of your return authorization number.   Shipping & handling charges are not eligible for refund.

Order cancellations that are requested prior to shipment will be subject to a $10 administrative processing fee.  If you request an order cancellation after your order has been shipped, the order will be subject to the terms for returns, not cancellations.
